Bust: Pass a tape measure across your back, under your arms and over the fullest part of your chest.

Inside leg length: Start from the crotch and stop at the ankle.

Chest (mens only): Pass a tape measure around your chest about 2.5cm (1 inch) down from you armpit crease. This is the chest measurement.
