Refunds/Returns

Returns Postage Responsibility:
Please note that unless your item is faulty, or delivered in error, then you are responsible for the cost of the postage back to us.

This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. 

As a customer, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Charges) Regulations 2013 (“Regulations”) to cancel the order at anytime up to 14 days after the day on which you receive the product(s). If within 14 days, you need to return the item (s), please kind advise us why you are returning them by email: info@baldwins-departmentstores.co.uk or by phone on 01255 242218, so that we can prepare for their arrival.

When ordering online, if for any reason, you would like to return the item to us, you can do so at your own expense regarding postage cost. We will refund you for the goods bought from our website, but the delivery charge will not be refunded. We also advise you to post the returning items to us with a tracking option for their security and for your added peace of mind that it will get to us safely.

Online Purchases

Delivery Costs:

Please note our delivery charge is £5.99 (You can order as many items as you wish and you will only pay £5.99 per order).

Alternatively, you can collect your order from one of our stores, you can select in your basket cart to be delivered to one of our stores free of charge.
